How Does It Work?
1. First, give me a call and let’s talk about your current challenges and goals.
2. Then, if needed, I will come out to your home and perform a free 30 minute assessment of your space(s) to determine the best way to address your project.
*Unfortunately, I cannot offer free assessments for locations further than 30 miles from Roanoke. In those cases, I will request that you email photos.
3. Finally, we’ll set a date for our first workday and get your space(s) on the road to recovery!
* Please be aware that if you need to reschedule an appointment I must have at least 24 hours notice. If adequate notice is not provided, there is a charge of $40. *
Prices:
Organizing time: $40 per hour (2 hour minimum)
We can approach your project in two ways:
1.Straight Time: This is best where the project is large and needs to be addressed in multiple visits.
OR
2. Package Pricing: Packages are a budget-friendly way to get you headed in the right direction. Not only do you get the benefit of organizing time, but also a customized action plan and follow up calls or emails (your preference) from me to keep you on task and answer any questions that come up along the way.
2 Hour Package $100* ($120 value)Includes 2 hours of in-home work time + action plan + follow up calls or emails
4 Hour Package $180* ($200 value) Includes 4 hours of in-home work time + action plan + follow up calls or emails
6 Hour Package $260* ($280 value)Includes 6 hours of in-home work time + action plan + follow up calls or emails
*Hourly rate and package pricing is subject to change. Hours indicated in package pricing are for work occurring on the same business day.*
The Fresh Start Extras
- Taking one load of donations to a local charity and providing you with an itemized list and donation receipt
OR
- A space plan for the room or a storage solution rendering (ex: closet system) with parts list if needed to help realize your goals for the space
OR
- A list of storage solutions and sources, or I can purchase them on your behalf
